Where is our data hosted?On Amazon Web Services in an EU data center. The AI models run in the EU too, through Amazon Bedrock.
Who can see our content?Your team and the people you invite. Our staff can access it only when needed to run and support the service. We never share or sell your content. Our AI provider has no access to it: Amazon Bedrock does not share prompts with model providers or use them to train models.
Do you use our content?Only to run and improve Specified.ai, as agreed in our contract, and always inside the EU.
Who else processes our data?Amazon Web Services (EU data center), running Anthropic's Claude models through Amazon Bedrock.
Can we sign a data processing agreement?Yes, on request. Need more? We can host Specified.ai separately for you.
